Nice place, but... From: xrenter08 Date posted: 12/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here for a few months and have to say, I was drawn to it by the reviews and am glad to say...they are true. The staff is courteous, maintenance quick, efficient and friendly, grounds...immaculate...view from my apartment, to die for! The only thing, and it may be because I am on the canal side and on the ground floor...SPIDERS!! I mean the big TOUGH, Looking ones that seem like they'd turn around and fight you rather than flee when they see you. Even after a spraying 2-3 weeks ago, I've still seen some by the door way...and once...in the hallway on my way to the bathroom at night (woke me right up!). Other than that...peaceful, quite and well maintained place to live. I'd recommend it anytime, except to those who don't like spiders (and geckos!).
