I have lived in the Lexington apartments for several months now and could not be happier with the service that my husband and I have received. The location is perfect - right off the canal and close to MacArthur without having to hear the traffic. The walking trails right behind the complex are great if you have a dog or are just trying to stay in shape! I highly encourage you to go check it out! The only negative I have is that parking is crowded, especially during holidays and weekends - but other than that, everything is great!
I have to update this review, because again the Lexington has surpassed my expectations. My husband and I just bought a condo and we are closing at the end of this month. We did not correctly remember the 60 day notice we are required to give when we move out. Although the staff at the Lexington sent out a reminder, it never got to us and therefore when we called we were told that our sixty days would start when we put it in writing. This was very stressful for us, because our first mortgage payment is due in Feb. Long story short, the staff there not only allowed us to get out of February's rent, they also are looking for someone to lease our apartment to now, so that we can hopefully not have to pay for Jan. either.
