Lexington at Valley Ranch

Exceeded Expectations (no bugs!) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   As a person who has a very high standard of living, I was a bit reluctant to enter the foray of apartment living. The Lexington has changed my mind. Extremely friendly management personnel (before AND after signing the lease), quiet, comfy apartments (can't hear my neighbors), excellent maintenance turn-around times, and no bugs! This canal-facing unit in which I have lived in through this last (very hot) summer was a wonderful surprise because I never once had to request management to send over an exterminator. The only downsides: very few garages so that most have to park in open spaces, and no gates surrounding the community. Otherwise,I HIGHLY recommend the Lexington to those new to Dallas or those who need an apartment to live in during transition times.
