old carpet

When I moved in to Lido I signed everything with out reading it compleatley I signed that the carpet had shampooed it had not the drapes where almost yellow.Besides the roach problems, the a/c was only cool in the managers apt. A few months after moving in I had a few problems with a neighbor. I informed the manager only to find out she had told the neighbor that I had complained and was harassed even more I later found out that the neghbor was her dearest friend.

u probably got thrown out cuz u didnt pay ur rent so dont give an apt complex a bad rating, the manager and owner r good people and they allso try to help everyone out, but like allways they get kicked in the ---, for bieng good hearted, people these are good apts and taken care of and understanding office personnel, so yes i would rent there again, f i caN EVER GET BACK TO IRVING,

I live in Lido Apts. and the complaint was on the mark , it was very correct. The owner runs it like a german prison camp. He spys on everyone. He goes into apartments when people are not home and turns lights off. He is cheap. I also signed everything they had wrote down. And found we had to clean oven , vented hood had greease all on and in it. The carpet turne my white socks black. the floor has dips and holes under the carpe. I dont wont to know what is under there. I'm gone when lease is up. But, most apts. give you the list to fill out , not write it in for you before you even get to check it out. And yes, there is much favoritism. If your not in the click. You are labeled a outcast. You would be better off at a motel 6 and I wish I was and might be before lease is up. And I pay my rent on time ,even before the frist. Last comment was probably the manager or her best friend lol

well anonymous commenters for your 411 if you think the apts are so bad watcha still doing there get the hell out,,, and no there is no favortism the manager does her job and stands her ground, and oh well if people dont like that, and the owner yea he has the right to go and shut lights off if he pleases hell he pays the bills and people shouldnt take advantage of that, so get your ---- together and go to a hotel thats where you belong

i agree with both anonymous commenters. I too have lived there and favortism is a big thing there as one has said "if your not in the click, your labled and outcast". The rules where becoming to be stupid like no kids could play on the grass, and pool only opens when the manager wants to open it. Also when i moved in the curtains were yellowish and you weren't allowed to take them down to put your own up. My neighbors were annoying but what could we do?..the manager was close friends with them. I'm glad i moved out.
