Having reached the end of the lease, looking around the neighbourhood - you do not need to pay these prices - this place is nothing special!
Th apts are pretty and the views are great, I love looking at the garage across the lake. Good luck as well if you want any privacy - if you've got kids or want to stay up late and watch TV all noise in the apt travels around - no doors.
Be careful of the residents they are mostly all weird or drunken asses at the weekend.
The garbage is miles away, the elevators are always broken and every weekend there are people moving in or mostly out so you are using the stairs again. The garage is fine upstairs but there have been break-ins on the low levels.
Yes they do have a nice gym, computers etc - so does everywhere else. The activities are nothing special - they air Greys Anatomy at the theatre, I can watch that quite comfortably at home!
The staff are really nice when you're considering the lofts, snotty and unapproachable once you're a resident.
The one thing I do like is the proximity to the trails, very convenient, however the Mandalay up the road is even closer.
As far as I can tell the new Management company is looking for every opportunity to cost residents money.
I got to know a wealthy neighbour not so long ago who has recently moved out - this place as she put is a "rip-off"
Lastly and simply - don't move here.
