Lofts at Las Colinas

Love it! From: sespay Date posted: 6/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   My husband and I have lived here for about three months now and have nothing to complain about. We have a dog and the staff seems to love the dogs they even have treats for them. They have resident functions all the time and also a personal trainer free. I haven't gone to one yet but glad to know it's there. As for noise I live on the top floor so no above noise and I also haven't heard my neighbors either. My husband and I were talking and definitly think this is one of the best apts we have lived in. You can walk to trails or take a stroll along the lake. The residents are very friendly and always say hi. To be honest I think the people that are giving negative reviews may work for another apt complex. The only thing negative is that we don't have a trash chute so we have to take our trash out to the dumpster. I definitly think it is worth living here! I also think it is very safe they even have an onsite security officer. I feel safe walking my dog a night. Also there is no reason that people need to be anonymous unless they are not telling the truth.
