Ever since Alex Spanos Inc. sold to these new people 3-4 years ago, this place has gone down hill. Takes them forever to make a repair and then it is not done right. I gave up asking and now just fix it myself. They were involved with the theft of a car i had not been using for a long time (sticker expired). Cost me over $300.00 to ransom a $1200.00 car. Car had the MacArthur Park parking sticker issued to it. They never called me. They will do this to you.
I have lived here many years and watched the place deteriate while the rent has increased nearly 90% since i moved in. Years ago the clientel were educated professional people. This is not the case anymore. There are gangs of small children roaming the grounds now, making lots of noise and vandalizing the rock walls and fencing and anything else they can have fun breaking. I am worried my cars or boat may be next. I am moving as soon as i can. I guess this place is better than the Parkridge Place Apts. next door (judging by the reviews i saw), but by the premium rent they charge it aught to be a lot better and it is not. I can not recommend this dump to anyone.
