The best thing about this place is the location - walking distance to Kroger, restaurants and stuff across the street. Great access to George Bush & 635. On the other hand, the management is horrible! When I moved in, I learned that my next door neighbor had actually moved from my apt to another unit because the a/c was broken and they wouldn't replace it. Almost a year later, water started pouring from my a/c in the ceiling (maybe that busted up old thing would also explain my ridiculously high electricity bills). Brandy in the office just never has anything together. I never got a copy of my lease and finally just quit asking. One day, UPS had delivered to the office a small package that was worth several hundred dollars and they lost it, then tried to deny they had it even though UPS confirmed it had been delivered there and signed for. They finally found it a month later stuck behind a door in the corner. Basically they don't care about or value their residents.

I believe the blame should go to CNC rather than a particular agent. They made it very difficult for anyone to actually do their job correctly. I believe the office staff cared deeply about their residents but didn't have the resources from the corporate office to function correctly. There are always 2 sides to the story...
