Very Nice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This place is very nice, for an older apartment. They do a good job of keeping the place clean, the grounds are excellent. The staff has always been extremely nice and very helpful. I moved here from out of state not knowing anyone and the staff really made me feel welcomed. I have a nice size apartment in a very nice area. I don't have alot of bad things to say, but if I had to say anything it's this. Since the place is older, the wallpaper they use in the kitchen and bathrooms are peeling. You can tell the walls have been painted over and over and over again. The cabintry could be updated. And in terms of safety, I wish each apartment has its' own 'porch' light. The last thing is, they offer you great rates, but when your lease is up, everything goes back to market price and pretty much forces you out. If I didn't have to relocate because of my job, I would have to leave anyway, because of a $175.00 price difference. If you want to live in a place with no frills, great staff, and beautiful grounds, then this is the place.
