Horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I'm getting ready to move out at the end of Feb. This is absolutely the most horrible apt complex I've ever lived in. They turned the water off in the entire building during one of the coldest nights in Dallas - I think it was in the teens. Didn't get this notice until I got home. There are also sorts of cracks under the patio door and front door which means all the heat seeps out causing electric to be higher. I've had the same plumbing problems as far as the cabinets under the sink in my bathroom and kitchen have been flooded. That has had to be fixed repeatedly and the smell is unbelievable b/c of all the water in the wood - not to mention how many of my things I had to throw out b/c they were ruined by water. They aren't always timely with picking up the trash and apt personnel seems to care less.
