Macarthur Ridge

Not the best recommendation From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My experience at MacArthur Ridge has not been all that great. The problems began with the plumbing, then the mailbox violators, and now the electricity. For the past 6 months my power has shut on and off repeatedly b/c of an issue that maintenance have failed to repair. Not only that, but b/c the circuitry was not set up properly,my electric bill has increased exponentially from month to month. The personell @ the leasing office did not take extra measures to handle the problem until I made it clear that it could be a code compliance issue. Also the apartments are older so the wall paper is a little outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you're not an interior design guru then it might not be a problem for you, but the worn and aged look did not fit with my contemporary style so I was displeased. If you're looking for a worry-free, accomodating place to live then I would not recommend the MacArthur Ridge apartments. Always ask residents about their experiences if you can... otherwise you're only going to get partial truths about what could be your future residence.
