MacArthur Ridge is a very nice property. The landscaping and pool are beautiful. The area is nice, safe and clean. I have lived her 2 years and it has been a good place to live. We are moving b/c we want a bigger apt. There are a few things to note for your info. There were flooding problems and I believe there are mold problems. The manager does not stay on top of things until she absolutely has to. Also, they raise your rent about $100-$150 back to the "base rent" when you go in to re-sign your lease. However, if they like you as a tenant they will work with you so that you can afford to stay. If they do not want you here, then they won't. Overall it is a good apartment complex, just know you might possibly deal with some things that may not be enjoyable.

So you're saying that they discriminate amongst tenants when it comes to renewal rates? That violates the Robinson-Patman Act. It's also against Texas Apartment Association rules.
