OK, but apt is older and needs attention From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived here, with no major issues. The apartment complex is very pretty on the outside, the landscaping is very nice, great trees and flowers. Inside most of the apartments, they are outdated, have funky wall paper on the bathroom and kitchen walls. Your rent will go back to "market value" after your year lease! Which is totally not worth it.
