Old Apartments with serious FOUNDATION PROBLEMS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I agree with most of the people when they say that this complex needs attention. It is a very beautiful complex on the outside, but it has major foundation problems which causes leaks throughout the apartment. I have only been a resident for 5 months, but I've been noticing that the cracks in the wall are growing! I believe that they only paint over the cracks when someone moves out. They do not fix them. A couple of days ago, it rained really hard. I heard a really loud tapping sound in the living room. There was a big crack near with window and allowed the rain to enter my apartment.
