i have had problems with this apartment since day one!! and i signed a 12 month lease. My husband and I moved in at the begining of october 2006, and the first night we were there he got bit by a spider ( brown recluse ). He missed a week of work and it put us behind for a little while. this incident has accured 13 diffrent times and the management sent pest control several times and the problem obviously has not been fixed. we have complained repeatedly to the office and even tried to switch apartments, lower the rent, get out of the lease, and get the last month free ... no bites from the office, but i dont want to wait until another spider bites .. there are too many good people that get treated wrong ... dont be one of them. you would be better off living at a cheap aptartment or in somebodys basement.

if you've gotten bit 13 times.. i doubt it's a spider, might be a staph infection...symptoms are the same
