Bad Apartments: What a Rip-off! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   They charged us after we moved out for stains that were there in the pad of the carpet and resurfaced months after I moved in the unit. I had asked if they would note it on my rental agreement, and they said they would but they did not. The staff knew I had lived in two units at their sister property THE COURTS, and always payed my rent on time and had my depostits returned! I had never encountered any fees before, however at Macarthur Ridge they charged me 185 dollars for their problems, despit ehaving to live with huge cracksall over the place. Huge foundation issues cracks everywhere, very nasty staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Also they say it is safe,yet two neighbors had their cars broke in to.
