I currently live in Macarthur Ridge and I love it!! I have NO foundation cracks.. No problems, No theft done to my vehicle or anyone that I live around or know. I'm not sure what any of these other people are talking about but my husband and I love our apartment. His parents visited us a few weeks ago and they loved it as well. We went on walks around the apartments and just hung out in the courtyard and talked. There was noone around and nobody bothered us. There is a new police officer that just moved in and I believe he has taken the position of part time security guard if needed... but we never have any problems... it's nice and quiet and peaceful. I love it here. It's a beautiful area and Tom Thumb, Walmart and a bunch of places to go out and eat within a mile or two. I don't work far from here and it's never a problem coming home late at night in the dark. I never get nervous or anything because there is never anyone out here. I just think that they are really great. They even have an awesome workout room.
I just don't want anything done to my car or anything by the people who had a bad experience here. That's why this is anonymous.

I'm not from management either, but I've had my share of dealings with them in the course of living here. I think we're on our 4th manager. Some were better than others, and they've all had their weaknesses, but all in all they've done a much better job than a lot of other places I've seen. Managing apartments is a racket, and they do a good job of juggling the crap they're dealt.
