I have lived at Macarthur Ridge since May this year and have not come across any problems. Christen is the property manager and have been since I moved in. To address the auto thefts and burglary allegations are false rumors. The elderly walk their dogs in our apartments at night. People exercise outside throughout the day and night. Additionally, the guy who allegedly got his tires stolen...get serious. there was only one car on bricks and he was the guy in my building who had an accident at the corner of Ranchview and MacArthur and had his car towed to our building..and he was given a violation sticker and later towed. The person who wrote the review regarding broken in cars sound like a bitter tenant, who probably was evicted! While I am ranting, Yes, there are foundation cracks, but hell they tell you that before you move it...go figure..we live in a Valley surrounded by hills...what do you expect''' Frankly, our apartments are well maintained and issues are address ASAP. And no, I am not an employee of MacArthur Ridge..just a tenant who can tell the truth!
