The Mandalay has many beautiful qualities about it, too bad it qualifies for the worst place imaginable to live! I lived there for 2 years and should have moved a long time ago. Having a small child and not wanting to relocate after being settled kept me there that long. The property is always filthy and the music and loud noises continue all through the night. There has been so much vandalism and theft inside the complex that a garage is necessary to avoid property damage. Maybe all of these complaints are what accounts for most of the property managers time since they often fail to return or respond to ANY request. This apartment was at one time a very nice place to live but has definately taken a downhill direction.
