When I first moved in the place was good, as the months went by the roaches multipyed the mold in the a/c air ducts showed and smelled bad. The toilet had promblems and the managment did a poor job in resolving it. Not to mention that I was told to handle the roach infestation myself. I do not recomment anyone move in to these apts unless you aprove the managment go in to your apt with out permission or previous notice when you are at work.
