New things always coming... Mavs games off the chain or even Season finales on the big screens. No crowds just fun....
New things coming from the residents pretty soon and the area is growing. Definately recomeend this place. The staff is great and the maintence is superb!

I hope you are right. Because we will be moving Los Angeles to Irving this summer. LA really sucks! You pay fortune for a tiny one bed room if it is by the beach like $3,000....
