Not the staff's fault (new management)...but this is absurd and unsafe!

Yes, I'm posting this anonymously because I still live there and you just never know. I completely agree with the previous reviews regarding the shift in property management. The idea that a change in management really should cause all of the parking garage lights to be off and the fire alarms to be constant for days on end is ridiculous. I am a female and live alone and I pay the premium to live in a safe, well-lit environment with extra security going from my vehicle to my door. A day is understandable, close to a week is unaccepable given the premium rate for this location.
The other reviews are correct. It is PITCH BLACK in the garage and the gates are WIDE OPEN. The hallway to my apartment and the elevators are PITCH BLACK. I circled around the outside of the apartments at 11 p.m. last night just so I could avoid the elevator shaft and go to stairs that at least had some moonlight.
There is something called negligence and I believe we're coming close!
That being said, I don't know if is the same staff, but previously I was happy and I am aware that it was not the staff's decision to cut out the lights, but with the new management and the less than acceptable transition problems, I won't be renewing my lease when it runs out.
