I really regret leasing this apartment. Although the apartments are brand new, they are nothing special and extremely overpriced. The walls are not very solidly built and I frequently here my neighbors yelling, watching television and children crying. The maintenance does not do their jobs well at all as I freqently find trash/dust balls/cigarette butts in the hallways and the trash chute area is disgusting. I have noticed that days have gone by with the garbage just piling up and coming out the door. The situation where it was pitch black in the hallways and parking garage for a week was uncalled for. It was so dark that I literally couldn't see my hand in front of my face and had to feel my way to my car! Moving here has been a huge mistake and a few more months I have to stay here currently feels like an eternity.
