Everytime I have a service call the maintenance is always quick to respond. It has always been taken care of in under 24 hours!! I have lived here since June and have never had any problems at all. The only 2 maintenance issues i have had were taken care of right away!
A Special thank you to Pamela who has on a couple of occasions gone out of her way to provide excellent service. She has done things that are not part of her job and has done them with a cheerful attitude! So... Gold Star to Pamela!!

Sounds suspiciously like a staff post...they're all the same...lots of general non-specific compliments about the staff...nothing specific about what is actually good about living here.

I agree. I think the staff is on here writing lies about themselves. They are really really rude.

Ah, nice view of the lake and pool and the jogging trails (they are over the hill and out of sight)...then there's the vicious dogs, the shoddy workmanship, the sad ladnscaping (though the might be trying to make it better)...we won't even start on the office crew twits.
When they first opened, there were events often for the tentants to meet and converse...now there's nothing. It used to be a "coomunity" now it's not. I miss the way things were in the beginning...when the office crew gave a darn about the tentants and even when there was a problem, it was fixed with pleasant attitudes so it wasn't a big deal.
