I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE. THE WALLS ARE PAPERTHIN. THE NEW COMPANY, ALLIANCE RESIDENTIAL DOES NOT EVEN PROVIDE UNIFORMS FOR THEIR PERSONNEL. WE ARE PAYING PREMIUM RENT TO THIS NEW SUCK ASS MGMT COMPANY THAT DOESN'T EVEN KEEP THE PROPERTY CLEAN OR WELL KEPT. TRASH IS ALWAYS SO FULL FROM THE WEEKEND THAT U CAN'T EVEN DUMP YOURS IN THE THROWOUT SHHOT ON MONDAY MORNINGS. YES, LAS COLINAS IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THESE APTS HAVE GONE DOWN FAST,SINCE NOVEMBER, WHEN THEY WERE SOLD. ASK ANY RESIDENT, THEY WILL TELL U. WE ARE SUPPOSED ALSO BE PAYING FOR SERVICE, AND THE SERVICE THAT WE ARE GETTING IS LOUSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Kind of funny that you say that but Alliance actually does require uniforms for there personal. As for the walls do remember you live in an apartment and not a house.. Did you ever think of maybe living on the top floor?? As for keeping the property clean maintenance works 5 days a week picking up after the residents.. Maybe if we all started picking up after ourselves this wouldn't be such a problem unless you don't have enough time because you are too busy writing in apartment ratings.. Get off apartment ratings and pick up your own trash...

Hey management, why don't YOU get to work? Answer the phones and take out the trash. A good management team can make or break the apartment living experience. Don't forget, these are your customers and you are customer service, no matter how much your expanded ego wants to deny it. Apartment living doesn't necessarily equate to paper-thin walls. If you're paying a premium, it should not be tolerated. Period.

It is nice to know that we have a bunch of little snobs working as the management team for Alliance. If you have enough time to look at this website and make comments like above then you are doing a piss poor job at running this apartment complex. If you are doing your job correctly then there would be no comments on the website. And for anyone reading these comments, just imagine if they post comments like this on a ratings website, how they act towards you in person. I know little girls that you think you are so much better than the people that live here, but you are just a bunch of wannabees. GO BACK TO PLANO!!!!!!!

WOW! Management posting that kind of comment for all to see, should make any potential tennant realize this is just the tip of the iceberg. Imagine how you are treated when there is no public record such as above!
