Where is the Media Center thats advertised as an amenity'''''

I've lived at Mandalay On The Lake for over a year now. I will say its a pretty decent place to live...great location, office staff is friendly and i've never had a problem with them. I've never had to make a service call and i've lived in several floorplans here.
On the other hand, its a pretty pricey area to live in and since Thanksgiving the media center equipment has been stolen and there have been some car vandalism, however, if a media center is part of an amenity offered, there should be one to use. Residents should not have to pay for the acts of criminals....these amenities are what helped when choosing the place i want to live. If such amenities are not available I dont feel like i should be paying such high rent.
Also having access to a 24 hour fitness is great, you can work out whenever you want. However its not a place for children and the sign inside states this as well. This past weekend, i was working out and all of a sudden 4 children who were attending a party going on in the clubhouse came into the fitness center and were jumping all over the treadmills, using the exercise ball as a soccer ball and treating the place like a jungle gym. They had no adult supervision and what really disturbed me was that 2 of the children belong to one of the maintenance guys that lives on property. I saw him come into the fitness center and take the keys from one of the boys, not telling them to leave the fitness center at all, he just took the keys and left, kids were left unattended in their jungle gym. I know kids are kids, but the fitness center is no place for them and its possible they could be the cause for some of the equipment malfunctioning.
I did not bother to report it because its just ridiculous that an employee who should know the rules would allow children to enter the fitness center unattended.
With all that being said, I will not be renewing my lease at mandalay on the lake.
