I would not recommend Mandalay on the Lakes to ANYONE!
They have switched to new management which are very irresponsible & lazy!
They have lost rent/pet deposit checks & never call you back when there is a problem (including the site manager)The lights constantly go out in the hallways & gargages & are left unfixed for days which can be very dangerous (especially for women)

I called last week to ask if they would please replace the bulbs in the first floor garage (5 of the 10 bulbs are out). They have been out for about two weeks at this writing. I will call again on Monday to ask about this again since this is a major safety issue.
