The Mandalay on the Lake is not all that bad. You do pay for a not so "luxury" living apartment but if you enjoy being near a lake, and walking/jogging trails, and are social enough to make this place your home then...it could work for you. Trust me when I say don't expect anything fancy (compared to other communities popping up down the street); do expect that things are going to go wrong (which is the case with any community--new or old); work with management-play nice- and i've found they are much more receptive and caring.
