Mandalay on the Lake

Not too bad, but a little pricey for all the noise. From: melmar33 Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We have been living here for about 6 months now. The office staff is friendly and the community, I believe is well maintained. It's nice to park our vehicles in a covered garage and appreciate the nearby lake and trails. The only negative thing that we would have to say is the walls are incredibly thin and you could hear absolutely everything around you. It is even worse if you have an inconsiderate neighbor who believes it's okay to play fetch with a dog at midnight (which is why I am currently up at midnight writing this review because all I hear is a dog barking and running back and forth on top of us). We've already complained but to no avail, I'm not sure if they even have a pet weight limit which they should if the walls are so thin. If you are a light sleeper or work nights and have to sleep during the day, I would not recommend this apartment for you. It's pretty expensive not to be able to have a full nights sleep. Other than that, I like it, people here are nice...just be considerate...and remember....other people live here too.
