I have lived here going on 7 months now and I am considering not renewing my lease. This property is not what it used to be. The leasing staff continues to fluctuate by a person or two which is disconcorting. There used to be resident activities such as Friday morning breakfasts and evening happy hour parties, neither of the two have occured in the last 4 months. There was a Thanksgiving dinner which was ok but nothing extrordinary. I have wasps nests all around my balcony and above my windows. I was told all last summer that it would be taken care of but it never was. I had to resort to cans of RAID to try and keep those suckers away. My neighbors have the same issue. The property is not properly taken care of as far as pest control goes. Spiders, mosquitoes, ants, and bees/wasps will be your new friends. On a good day you might even encounter some fleas or ticks. The abundant amount of pet feces on the property might be a reason the pest control is getting out of hand. Almost no one around here picks up after their pets. There are HUGE dogs here such as golden retrivers and huskies which leave large piles of poo. Come on folks, care about your place and pick it up!!! The landscaping isnt all that but oh well. It took 8 weeks for the main pool bbq grill to be fixed. The one plus here is the pool is always pretty and very well cleaned. The clubhouse has gone to heck, someone stole the projector so bye bye big screen tv. The staff is ok, just don't ask for a storage unit...you'll never get one. Many residents have waited for one for over a year. There are things in storage units and the staff doesn't know who they belong to. Paper audits don't work folks, get more involved. Rent is also going up due to the new properties and upcoming high rise condos going up on our street. Think twice people!!!

I agree with this person's comments about this property. It is unfortunate that things are (have been) going down hill since management/ownership changed hands. The trash shutes used to open with a push of a button. Now you have to opent he shute door manually (which isn't a big biggie). The media center has not had equipment since before Thanksgiving. This was a perk of the property...every now and then to watch a great movie on a big screen with surround sound...but now that is all gone. Fear about equipment getting stolen again. BS! Lock stuff down, get insurance, get rid of the exit doors that make it easy to steal from that room. It's not rocket science. The fitness room is adequate but needs constant maintenance. They finally started "tagging' cars in the garages that have been sitting around unattended by anyone. Except now there seems to be a van in the visitor parking that has been sitting for weeks, leaking break or transmission fluid and piled inside with junk. GET RID OF IT! Things like this make it VERY obvious that management do not walk the property on a daily basis are truly not in touch with issues that we see everyday. I am not sure about the pest stuff...I have lived here for over a year and haven't had any pest issues.
