Where do I begin' It seems that people are always having huge parties by the main pool, inviting over every friend they can think of. they hoot and hooler as they drink the day or night away. This goes for the club room as well. Being that the property is not gated people come to use the main pool and/or grill then drive off later. I have literally seen a guy park his car on the side of the gate, grill his food, then he got back in the car to drive off. People will blare their stereos (which they shouldnt have poolside) and hang out until 3am sometimes. We used to have a courtesy officer which could diffuse these situations but that is no more. I think we actually only had a security officer here for a month or so. No one from the leasing staff even notified residents we no longer have one. We no longer have a big screen tv which to watch games. Since it was stolen i guess staff has decided not to replace it. the cd player/sound system in the gym is still broken. the computer/business center can now only be accessed during office hours and that is something that the staff did not tell residents either when it changed from 24 hrs. parking is now becoming a problem. for a two bedroom apt you are only given one assigned spot. therefore your roomate has to go searching for an open spot. these are becoming fewer to come by as people have extra cars they are parking here. there is one car which has not moved in 8 months. i wonder if the thing even starts. it has dust on it as well. does mgmt care' i doubt it. residents are so rude they toss out glass bottles in the middle of the road in the garage. i think people just do this for the heck of it and could care less if someone gets a flat tire. people let their dogs do their business everywhere, even in the parking garage. i love my apartment itself but the community is going down hill. my favorite thing is the pool because that is one thing they consistently keep clean.
