Not what you expect for the price! From: clauclau75@gmail.com Date posted: 4/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   We lived at these apartments for 2 years! When we first moved in it was awesome! The office people were corteous and kept the property clean and well taken care of. As the management changed, so did everything, from the maintenance to the people moving in! I think they were just trying to fill out thier units because i heard there were people there on Section 8, and we were paying $1300 for a 1 Bdr! Finding parking was sometimes impossible, you would have "VISITORS" taking all the spaces and you end up having to go 1/2 a block to find space. When we finally told them we would not be signing another lease here, they tried to stick me with "ADDITIONAL CHARGES" which they had no explanation for. I fought the charges and even thoug I still had to pay for the Carpet Cleaning (Which was in excellent condition and the office confirmed when they did the walk through)I got most of my deposit back. There are a lot of Nice Lofts coming up around these ones, and my advice is choose another one which will give you MORe for your money. These people suck and are only trying to make money out fo the tenants, which unfortunately due to them being naive end up paying more than they should. Do your research people! Read your lease, and make sure your record EVERY payment to them, request EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND KEEP COPIES OF all documents! They will come in handy when trouble arises!
