If you want no sleep and a party going on until 2am with people making out as they are drunk in the pool then move here. If you want to hear college age idiots hoot and holler as they hang out and crank up their stereos by the bbq then move here. This place is becoming a breeding ground for parties on friday, saturday, and sunday. the party can go on at the main pool from lunchtime until 1:00 or 2:00am. I've seen the Irving Police come out here a few times to put a stop to the out of hand parties but in the end that still doesn't stop them. I will not be renewing my lease because I have about had it. If you do move here live on the street side or the lake side far away from one of the two pools. Otherwise you will live to regret it especially in the spring and summer. I figure it would do no good to complain to the leasing staff as they probably wouldn't care. From what I've seen I'm sure my neighbors are a bit frustrated and unhappy too. These party animals trash whatever area they are in as they never clean up for themselves and leave an overflowing trash can for the maintanance man to take care of. The will even tie grocery bags of trash to the fence because they are too lazy to take it to the dumpster. So...in all think twice about moving here...if you do be careful what location you pick. I live here and I have never experienced this.... I don't live by the pool but I think if you live by the pool you have to expect noise. This is a great apartment and wonderful location.. I recommend living here!
