the new management has taken over this property over last month or so. Conversation in gym is that good staff was laid off and they decided to keep 1 most rude lady from old management. Maintainance is not being handled on time. Not it is not enough to tell them of a repair, you need to go and fill in a form for simple things like filter change. They are very rude and treat residents with dis respect. They have brunch on first saturday. Last 2 times I have been there nothing is left, food they order is just enough to feed 10-15 people. Swimming pool now a days is dirty quite often. Earlier management used to get it cleaned every other day or so.
