Management is terrible and AW (THE FAT GUY THAT THE OTHER REVIEW IS TALKING ABOUT, IS TERRIBLE) just like his boss Linda (manager) all they want is to get you in, once you are in they don't care about you at all. Once you move in is when the nightmare starts. They told me my apartment was going to be ready on such day and it wasn't they told me and my wife that the apartment had a fire place, when they gave us the key and we went to check there was NO FIRE PLACE, they did not even say we are sorry or gave an explanation. All AW say was "Well they told me it had one, but I guess not". The parking lot and their WRECK service is even worst. As we were moving into the apartment my sister inlaw was helping us and she park in front of the apartment on the covered parking, while we were inside the apartment the WRECK came and took her car we came out and see the guy leaving and we stop him and say we are just moving in we are getting the stuff out of the car, well she had to pay $100.00 for him not to take the car, another time I took my car for service to the dealer and they gave me a car from the lot because mine was not ready by the end of the day, I park on my parking space the next morning the car was gone the WRECK took it $226.00 to get it out, I call the office to complaint NO RESPONSE. And finnaly at the end of my year contract when I move out they charge me for a blind I give to them when I move in they charge me to resurface the counter tops of the kitchen because they said they were scratched. WHAT THEY EXPECT I LIVE THERE FOR A YEAR YOU HAVE TO USE THE COUNTER TOPS, as I said it was normal wear and tear, they said that I had to pay so my deposit never came back. They pay the stuff from there.
