Ok for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Given the area, this is a safe community. Good access to Irving Mall, highway 183 or 161. Overall appearance is not too good but from inside the apartments are decent. Well lit. Noise level is not bad. Staff is so so. Parking is ample. The rent is pretty decent for apartment size. You get what you pay for. Overall, ok experience.
