I lived here for 13 months. I had several problems with my roof leaking (2nd floor). It took 3 times to get them to finally fix it right. I was watched and stalked by a neighbor in the complex for over 8 months (this is what he told police) while he waited for the perfect time to get into my apartment and wait on me to arrive (in broad daylight) and rape me and burglarize my apartment. There was no forced entry into the apartments and when the police, my family and I tried to talk with Linda about the possibility of maintenance being involved she told me that it was my fault that I left my door unlocked. She also tried to take 40.00 of my 100.00 deposit and said that I did not clean the stove. I've been raped almost killed and you are thinking of a dirty oven. The rest of the staff is wonderful. Miss B, Will and A.W are great. You have to get to know A.W. He's a good guy. My concern is that this guy that raped me had previous felony charges on his record, and he was on the lease. They supposedly ran a background check on him, and it came back clean. That is simply impossible. I think they are letting whoever live here, and after checking the records the first month that this guy lived here there was a break in notice on my door. He has also done this to 2 other women. He is in jail, but will probably get off on the assault due to not evidence (DNA) and I could not identify him due to him covering my face. I suggest that you find another place to live because this area is just not safe. His friend who apparently had been in my apartment earlier in the day (they just made a day out of being in my apartment supposedly) lived in the complex right next door, and his record showed he spent 6 years in prison for attempted murder. So this just shows you how well the staff on these two apartments are screening there residents. What is more important high occupancy or peoples lives'
