Manager is into drugs From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I live around the manager and have witnesed her smoking and smelt the pot!!!! I know this from teen age experiance--(I am now a mother of two and do not play around with or like any drugs) are even some shady charters that are constantly there and walking around the complex--I do not feel SAFE here and the enviroment is UNSAFE atmospher for children or young ladies to live.
