ok place to live,thin walls though

This is an ok community.

However, the water is always being cut off during the day to work on issues, the walls are thin and you can hear everything.

Also,there doesnt seem to be enough hot water and it takes forever for it to heat up.

Also be cautioned, if in a one bedroom, some furniture wont fit through the front door(regular sized couch)! I havent had any problems w/the management or maintenance.

Also the insulation is poor and for the square footage, the electric bill is outrageous!
