Maintenance is THE WORST

I have lived here for 3 years, and I have never once been satisfied with the response time for conducting repairs. The community consists of about 300 units and they only have 1 repair guy which tells you how long they take to make repairs. And the sad thing is that management makes every excuse thinkable as to why repairs are not done to time. Water usage is overcharged. And to top it all off, a pickup truck was stolen a month ago from the complex and there have been several reports of vandalism in the area.
