I have no major complaints about the complex. Hey, they're not as great looking as other apartments, but they are very decent, especially for the price. I pay $620 a month for a 1 bed/1 bath with den, which is just about the same size as a bedroom. Where I live in the complex (in the very back) it is extremely quiet. I have very courteous neighbors who make little to no noise. Parking is sufficient except for the fact that some of the newer residents that have moved in have multiple vehicles. The only other problem is that my building has a few cracks due to nature taking its course- the shifting of the ground. In all, I really like my apartment. The staff has been nothing but nice to me, and I have not had to worry about any maintenance problems in my unit. If anyone seems to think this is a review written by the apartment staff, I can give you my view verbally if you'd like. Just let me know. I am very picky about apartments, so writing this means that I have found a place I like.

UPDATE- 8/2/07 Well, I'm moving at the beginning of next month, bot not because of the apartments. I am moving because my boyfrind needs to be closer to work (he works in Denton). I enjoyed my stay here, and I really wanted to renew my lease. I am going to point out one concern I have. My upstairs neighbor's car was broken into a few months ago. Nothing was taken, but her window was broken. This is no reflection upon the apartments, as crime happens everywhere. It has though, raised a red flag. The parking is adequate as long as you don't have many cars. Some of my neighbors have several people living with them, so they take up a lot of the parking. I did love the fact that you have to have a parking permit to park under the carports. Management does have a sign above each carport stating so, and they do enforce it. I have seen cars towed since I have lived here. There is little noise, and my neighbors are also very quiet. Maintenance is also good. I have never had to wait longer than 48 hours for something to be fixed/handled. The staff has been nothing but friendly to me. I put my notice in to vacate last Friday, and by Tuesday, I realized that I would need some extra days as my new apartment will not be available until September 7th. They were very kind as to let me change my vacate notice. They did not give me a hard time about it. These apartments are not fancy like you would see in Las Colinas or in any "rich" area, but I was very comfortable here, and for the price it was well worth it. Also, I would like to add that the master bedroom in my apartment was very spacious. I have a lot of furniture, and I still have room to move around. The apartments are also updating the appliances. I have not personally had mine replaced, but I have noticed that new appliances are being put in unit-by-unit. Work is starting to be done all around the complex, and it is something rare that I have not seen anywhere I have lived. I hope anyone who rents at Marbletree Apartments enjoys it as much as I did.

Do You still like your apartment?

Yes, I definitely do. I was having an issue with the apartment. One of my neighbors had 5 cars to their apartment, and when I complained to the office, nothing happened at first. After about a week, I saw the tow truck coming around, so that made me happy. They didn't get to it right away, but at least it only took a week. I really like it here. It's not the best looking place in Irving, but I am very comfortable at Marbletree. I just wish my neighbor upstairs wouldn't walk so heavily- but that's not the apartment's fault at all!
