I rented a 1 bed/bath apartment for nine months, and I have really enjoyed my stay.

Love: I LOVED THE PARKING. Each apartment is allowed one car for covered parking which assured me a spot within 20 feet of my apartment 24/7. LOVED IT compared to my previous apartment that offered me a 5 minute walk if I came home after 9pm.

Hate: AT&T and Verizon were not cabled into the complex when I moved in. This may have changed, but I had to settle for AT&T DSL.

The apartment: The walls were freshly painted. All the countertops and cabinets were brand new. The carpet was old, but gently used. All the appliances were new/almost new and in good working order. The only maintenance issue was the A/C went out on a Saturday, but was repaired on the same day. No rodent/pest issues.

The complex: The building face is clean and maintained. The lawn, bushes, and trees are well groomed. The driveways tend to grow potholes, but the management is quick to address them.

Community: The apartments adjacent to mine were very quiet, two of whom were 5 years residents. I rarely saw them and have no complaints about noise or inappropriate behavior.

Staff/Management: I dropped my rent check in the night-box prior to the week due, and only spoke to anyone when I had questions about registering my pet or resolving a maintenance issue. I rarely saw the staff, and I'm of the opinion that's how it should be.

Conclusion: Good price and a hassle-free stay. This apartment was great as a single student.
