Mayarka Square Apartments

I love it here! From: jennie_m Date posted: 10/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Moved here in July 2001 - didn't really know Irving that well at the time. Wasn't sure about the Grauwyler Heights neighborhood, either. Had lived in North Dallas area most of my life. Well, within a few weeks, I knew I'd made a great choice. Resident manager who takes care of everything, great maintenance staff, friendly neighbors, laid-back neighborhood --I'm hooked on South Irving. Never want to leave. And the apartment ... wow. 1000 square feet in a 1-bedroom for a very reasonable rate. This place is what I'd call a "hidden treasure." I could go on and on ... Mayarka Square and South Irving in general are awesome places to live.
