BEWARE!!!! Maintenance is horrible here. I would not advise anyone to move here. The foundation is a disaster. I give the foundation a good five years before buildings start coming down. I was told by maintenance that the owner of the building is aware and several complaints have been made but they do not have the funds to fix the problem, they sure don't have a problem in taking my rent money either!!!!! The apartments are infested with roaches and other bugs that are comming through the 3-5 inch cracks in the foundation. This is a unsafe enviroment for children.
