I have lived here for 2 and a half years. Since then the management promises to fix things and it never gets done. They seemed to have a new management company now and they still don't fix any thing. I haven't had anything go wrong that maintenance hasn't fixed. They do the best they can with what they have. About a month ago we saw people like crazy in the office fixing alot of things and now it has come to a halt. The playground is not suitable for children, the fitness center is a empty room and it's the summer time and you have to pay to go swimming somewhere else. They won't fix the pools. They worked just fine last year but now they are closed. They have been telling us for almost three months its going to be two more weeks. It's always two more weeks and it's still never done. Pretty soon there is going to be alot of stuff getting broken form kids not having anything to do.

I visited my friend at this complex and I liked it. The layout and floorplan, that is. who cares about the office staff? you only see them when you pay your rent, if that....so who cares if they're nice or not?
