I have lived in quite a few number of apartments but nobody even comes close to this apartment. Either it be the management, or the apartment itself, nothing works here. The apartment is basically falling apart and if you call the management for maintennance "NOBODY" ever comes. I haver lived here for the past six months and i compalined about the fridge when I moved in. It is yet to be fixed. They keep filling out paper but nothing is ever done. If that wasnt enough, they tow your cars without warnings. Nobody is helpful in the office and have no regards for the tenants. In my experience, most management in apartments arent very customer-service oriented once you move in. But at least the manitennace wasnt as bad as here. This one tops my list as the worst place to live in Irving, TX. I really hope you will think twice before moving in!
