The parks are not safe. The place is not kept clean. It like living in a dump. Nothing doesn't get fix even if you ask for repairs. The managers really dont care if you need the repair. The mail box area is really throws out. You got to worry ever night if your car going to get tow. At night almost 40% of the light don't work so you can't see anything. If they do repair something it after like 7 weeks. The managers are jerks to everbody. They pool stay close all summer because they say it will open but it don't. That only about half of the problem here.
If i was you don't even read info about this place or stop by. They act nice at the beginning then later turn back on you.
