We have lived in meadowwood since fall of '05, and though our carpet is cheap and really starting to show that, we have no major complaints about the place. They did just change management, so we're waiting to see how things will change with that, but the last management gave us a small student discount on the rent which we've renewed each year, and we really have liked it there. They may not be the fastest at fixing things, but they responded fast when it was an emergency, and with these apts being kinda old, they probably have a lot of fixing to keep them busy. I would recommend it for anyone looking for something simple but pleasant for a limited time. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
