like living here but nothing gets fixed unless you do it yourself.been living here 2 years and our ice maker has been broken since day one yet no one has come to fix it. rent is good but then they throw in sewer gas trash etc... comes up to $75. was not charged for this until a few months into lease and all they say is it says we are responsable on our lease. the section we live in is nice and quiet but i have seen other sections where people stay out late and play loud music. people at office tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their office then do not follow up. now for the good hmm alot better than our last apartments lesser of two evils.
