Merrydale Apartments

Was a great place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   We had no problems when we lived there with the partments. However, the area was going down hill there. My car got broken into and my stereo system was stolen. It had nothing to do with the apartments though. They have alot open areas of grass. They only have 1 bd and 1 bath apartments though. The POOL was the best!!! It is absolutly beautiful, trees all around it and rocks . Stunning. The laundry facility is in the middle os the grounds so if you do not live right around it you have to walk out and across to get there.The office staff were very nice and always helpful. The maitnence was great always there when you needed it done, and get this ..... It is only ONE MAN who does it !!!. Where I live now there are three nad they NEVER get stuff done. It was a great place to live . I would still live there if i did not need the extra rooms!!!!
